Bullet1 What can be recovered:
Unpaid wages,salaries or service charges

Unpaid or stopped remuneration for services detailed on time sheets

If someone owes you money and you can prove it with copies of unpaid remuneration, wages or salary, services charges or unrecieved/stopped bankers draft then you have a legitimate claim.

Bullet1 What you definately need
Proof that the debt exists - copys of your contract of employment, previous wage slips and timesheets or bank statements. It is also helpful to have a reliable witness if you have one.

Bullet1 What we can do for you
small-claims-debt will contact your debtor prompting them for payment, we help them to satisfy the outstanding debt, we present a convincing argument for paying up before court action becomes inevitable. In the unlikely event that our efforts fail then we save you the often time consuming and bothersome effort of preparing court documents as required and submitting same to court in a truly professional manner for an eventual court hearing.

Bullet1 What will I be asked to pay?
We do not hide our fees with promises of being awarded the entire amount. We charge a commision of 12% minus our administration charge on the recovered debt. See our costs example for a typical case. The court fees that are returned to you usually awarded by the district judge or magistrate are unaffected.

Please do not forget that when proceedings are issued the relevant Court fees must be paid in advance plus a small fee to small-claims-debt (UK) Ltd for the filing of the documents at the Court - Upon a successful conclusion these are always awarded as an additional sum charged to the defendant. Please see Court Fees & Costs for the scale of fees.
